This
delightful cottage was the original farm house dating back to the 18th century &
has been lovingly restored to its former glory. The cottage gets its name from
the Lyke Wake Walk which was started by Bill Cowley in the 1950’s, and who owned
the farm at the time.
Located on a quite country road just outside Potto, close to the village of
Swainby with fantastic views across open countryside, this charming holiday
cottage is ideal for a relaxing break in North Yorkshire.
With a romantic king-sized double bedroom, and both double & single bedrooms the
cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons. Downstairs there is a very
large and modern fully fitted kitchen, beamed lounge/dining area with inglenook
fire place and table and chairs for 6. There is double glazing throughout &
ample parking. Children are welcome.
